Short DescriptionAs a Manager IT Project Management Office (PMO) the position holder is responsible for the management of the IT project portfolio, the coordination of all resources and the coordination of all processes related to finance and procurement in the IT. This role reports directly to the Head of IT.Main ResponsibilitiesLine manager and superior for the team membersOwner of the IT project portfolio with planning and roadmaps, with periodic presentations in Executive Committee meetings and IT SteCo meetingsIntroduce a state-of-the-art project management tool for IT and drive correct usage with related KPIsThought leadership and skills and method trainings for IT project managers and BIOs Business Information OwnersMain RequirementsMaster's degree or similar in computer science, information technology, IT architecture or similarCertifications or additional education in relevant project management standards and related frameworks, both in agile and waterfall methodsCertifications or additional education in business administration or financial management related to projects or to change managementMinimum 10 years in project management in IT related environmentsExperience in establishing a PMO and with that managing a portfolio of projects Demonstrated expertise in establishing, starting, executing and completing projects in ITAbility to drive innovative solutions and to effectively introduce project results in existing organizationsCore Skills:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external partners Strong leadership skills in interdisciplinary settings and teamsEffective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholdersExceptional project management skills, with a focus on planning, coordination, financial and timely executionProficient in German and English, both written and orallyAn interesting and varied job in an exciting and innovative organizationThe opportunity to be part of a highly committed international teamModern infrastructureHigh degree of flexibility regarding working hours and location (depending on operational requirements)Generous pagacke of social benefits, including supplementary vacation days and pension scheme contributionsInternal skills training opportunities and support for continued education j4id9916987a j4it1043a j4iy25a
