What You’ll Do
* Support Italian‑speaking customers via phone, email & chat
* Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries
* Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
* Stay up to date with new products & company updates
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent in Italian (C1–C2) & good English (B2+)
* Excellent communication & empathy skills
* Customer service experience is a plus
* Ready for an on‑site role in beautiful Lisbon
What You’ll Get
* 1,000 €/month base (×14 months) + 100 € performance bonus (×12 months)
* 2,000 € welcome bonus
