Responsibilities
Assist in providing resident-centered care and support in daily services.
Ensure comprehensive and individualized care for residents.
Maintain care quality and manage care documentation, including entries in electronic care documentation.
Perform household tasks and support residents with nutrition.
Work across all day shifts, supporting residents with needs-oriented care.
Qualifications
Training as Health and Social Assistant EBA, SRK Nursing Aide, or equivalent.
Professional experience in long-term care or dementia preferred.
Strong social competence, flexibility, and reliability.
Enjoyment in working with experienced, care-dependent elderly people.
Good German language proficiency, spoken and written.
Availability to start immediately or by arrangement.
