The Global People Partner (GPP) for Construction Trade Solutions is a strategic HR leadership role within Hexagon Geosystems. This position supports the Construction Trade Solutions division, one of six key divisions of Hexagon Geosystems, which focuses on innovative solutions for the construction industry. The division’s product portfolio includes advanced tools and software such as, enabling construction professionals to enhance productivity, precision, and efficiency. As a Global People Partner, you will collaborate closely with the division’s President and other senior stakeholders to align People & Culture strategies with business goals. Additionally, you will work in partnership with Regional People Partners to ensure consistency in HR practices and strategic alignment across all regions.
