Supports technology projects aligned with business needs, focusing on strategic initiatives and understanding market challenges.
Develops and implements solution roadmaps, ensuring successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
Collaborates with other I&T functions, identifies opportunities, and partners with leadership to plan initiatives and evaluate proposals.
Focuses on business value, problem framing, digital trends, risk assessments, and business continuity.
Develops and drives the I&T vision for the supported business function, inspiring confidence and purpose.
Uses industry trends and digital advances to identify new opportunities and needs.
Applies I&T architectural principles to ensure alignment across standards, methodologies, and frameworks.
Provides guidance on business best practices and supports continuous improvement across multiple regions.
Creates high-level models and frameworks for future analysis and business architecture development.
Manages people and sourcing strategies to meet strategic business goals, overseeing internal and external staff via contracts.
Qualifications :
* Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant discipline; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
* Extensive IT experience (15+ years), including leadership roles and global environment management.
* Experience in project management, influencing senior stakeholders, and working in regulated environments like Pharma/Biotech.
* Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, operational focus, and results orientation.
* Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Passion for operational excellence, organizational agility, and continuous improvement.
