Overview
This role is responsible for driving the commercial development and operational excellence of our spa network worldwide, ensuring the highest standards of client experience and brand consistency at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop business development plans and cultivate strategic spa partnerships in 5-star hotels
* Partner with local affiliates/distributors to construct spa business concepts, merchandise, pricing, communication, and forecast plans
* Prospect hotels and present tailored wellness solutions
* Provide constructive strategies and solutions to increase and maintain sales growth
* Evaluate complete international support in deployment
* Negotiate contracts
* Offer guidelines and strategies on price settings at spas to ensure competitiveness
Project Management and Account Management
* Maintain account relationships, provide updates, and offer solutions to challenges
* Coordinate with local affiliates/distributors to support spa business partners and act as a mediator in case of complications
* Lead new opening preparations with transversal teams centrally and locally
* Track revenue, client data, and KPIs
* Assist markets in budget preparation, stock forecasting, and stock reports
* Arrange annual training schedules
* Responsible for corporate global accounts relationships and prospecting with WW interface
Management
* Manage spa training teams and spa trade marketing leaders in deploying operational support and cross-marketing collaborations
* Develop spa ambassadors teams
* Serve as the key reference for spa business and prospecting in local regions as part of the central team
Requirements
* 8+ years in senior account management or business development, ideally in wellness, hospitality, beauty industries, SPA, or related sectors
* Proven experience in team management, mandatory
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to develop strong relationships in an international context
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English; French is a strong asset, and any additional language will be a plus
