Responsibilities
* Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction in collaboration with the Global Creative Team to meet objectives and execution for all advertising and public-facing campaign, including print, outdoor, digital, and video assets
* Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across the Hong Kong show cycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
* Gather visitor and market insights to inform outreach strategies for optimized ticket conversions
* Plan and implement media partnership and other external collaborations
* Manage all Hong Kong show related collateral production in collaboration with the Global Creative Team
* Plan and execute newsletter / email marketing for the Hong Kong show and other Asian initiatives
* Organizing events and coordinating onsite staffing for the Hong Kong show
* Regular internal and external reporting
* Office operations, administration and communication
Your profile
* Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, advertising or related fields
* Art education / knowledge is a big plus but not essential
* Minimum 5 years of proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns in art, luxury, media or related fields in Asia
* Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
* Data-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
* Experience with digital marketing and CRM tools
* Experience working with large-scale events will be a plus
* Native written and verbal communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese; other Asian languages will be an advantage
