Personal Chef (m/f/d) – Summer Season 2026
Entry from mid‑June 2026; Employment contract limited until mid‑September 2026.
Responsibilities
* Prepare exquisite dishes using various cooking techniques.
* Ensure high hygiene standards in kitchen operations.
* Manage ingredient orders and quality control efficiently.
* Prepare dishes: cooking, frying, braising, steaming, and deep‑frying.
* Prepare ingredients (cleaning vegetables, cutting meat) and provide work equipment (mise en place).
* Order, receive, control quality, and store food properly.
* Comply with HACCP guidelines and clean kitchen equipment and work areas.
* Compile daily goods required for ordering via the head chef.
* Plate dishes creatively before serving.
Qualifications
* Completed vocational training; experience in 4/5‑star hotels.
* Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
* Care and accuracy in adhering to hygiene standards.
* Well‑groomed appearance.
