Controller Position
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual group-wide financial statements, collaborating in the budget and forecast process, and assisting in preparing segment reporting.
* Support the preparation of comprehensive financial reports that provide insights into the company's financial performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement budgets and forecasts that drive business growth.
* Assist in analyzing and interpreting financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree in a field related to finance or business with a focus on finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification.
* Initial practical experience in auditing and/or controlling, ideally in an international environment or in consolidation.
* Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
* Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
* Fluent German and very good English skills in writing/speaking.
* Independent, proactive, and structured way of thinking and acting, coupled with quick comprehension.
* High level of care, responsibility, conscientiousness, and commitment.
