They are responsible for areas such as administration, crewing, operations, procurement, recruiting and corporate management, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

As a Junior Recruiting Manager (f/m/d) at sea chefs, a varied job in recruiting awaits you, from central Switzerland to the whole world
* Recruitment of personnel for the kitchen department for the Mein Schiff fleet and Hapag Lloyd Cruises
* Screening and processing of incoming applications incl. complete communication chain up to successful recruitment
* Independent organization and implementation of preliminary talks and online interviews
* Presence at various trade fairs and career days, including extensive travel
* Contributing new and creative ideas to attract future crew members
Your course & your talents
What you bring with you:
* Professional experience on cruise ships mandatory, at least as Chef de Partie (higher position an advantage)
* Completed vocational training as a chef
* First professional experience in human resources and/or active sourcing desirable
* convincing, positive and communicative team player with a sense of responsibility
* Initiative, flexibility, resilience, a structured way of working and a high degree of empathy
* You live in Switzerland or are prepared to relocate to Switzerland permanently (based in Zug)
* Strong organizational skills with confident IT skills (especially MS Office)
* Very good knowledge of German (level C2) and very good knowledge of English required
