Panerai is looking for a FP&A Controller to join our finance team in Geneva.
Your Mission
The Controlling Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing precise accounting policies, programs, and systems to manage the organization's financial assets effectively.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement precise accounting policies, programs, and systems to manage the organization's financial assets effectively
* Ensure the provision of accurate and comprehensive financial information and records
* Work within established systems to achieve designated financial control outcomes
* Contribute to the preparation of detailed data and analytics reports
* Provide expert advice on policy interpretation and application
* Resolve queries and issues, referring complex matters to senior staff as necessary
* Collate and analyze data using predefined tools and methods
* Interpret data to identify potential solutions
* Navigate various processes, procedures, and precedents
* Work within a project management framework to meet specific objectives
* Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices
* Identify and report instances of noncompliance within the team, escalating issues appropriately
* Stay informed about relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education, attending conferences, and engaging with specialist media
* Participate in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and maintaining external professional accreditation
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level required
* Significant experience as an independent practitioner
* Basic experience in coordinating the work of others
