Senior Analyst Learning & Development with German
Key responsibilities
Organisation and administration of internal development opportunities, such as trainings, development programs, webinars (from scheduling to learning history documentation incl. regular check of learning needs).
Booking external trainings incl. training documentation and invoice processing for Europe and Global functions regions
Administration and documentation of Compliance Trainings in Insight learning.
Maintenance of all Trainings in Insight Learning (SAP/Successfactors).
Contacting trainers, training vendors, participants regarding topics concerning training organisation.
Usage and distribution of reports (e.g. Learning hours, Curriculum Status).
1st level Support regarding Insight modules, other Talent & L&D systems, and Talent & L&D related shared mailboxes.
Support transfer of additional tasks regarding P&C processes from local entities to Business Service Center (participation in knowledge transfer, preparation of documentation).
Participate in process improvement initiatives, bring added value by working on current needs, updating documentation and workflow.
Checking invoices incl. internal cost allocation per participants' departments.
You bring these skills, experience & education
+2 years of experience in L&D similar roles, HR or customer service roles
+1 year experience with LMS and/or other Talent management systems (SuccessFactors, Workday etc.)
University degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management
Fluency in English and a medium level of German (B2)
Experience with LMS Admin / HR systems/ ERP/ SAP Success Factors, Workday etc.
