Through social media strategy, content development in close collaboration with creative teams, the Global Brand Manager Gifting elevates the category's desirability and deepens emotional connection with Guests — while ensuring strategic coherence across product development and 360 activations. /p pYou will be based in Plan-les-Ouates and report to the Head of Gifting Category - Global Marketing 360 Communication. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 h3360 Campaign Development /h3 pDrive campaign messaging and champion a consistent, elevated brand voice across all touchpoints: social, retail VM, PR, media, ecom. /p pStay at the forefront of social media trends and cultural moments; translate performance data into actionable creative and strategic recommendations. /p pLead toolbox creation and ensure global content consistency across all channels—retail, digital, PR, media, and social. /p pCoordinate campaign rollout with Global Operational Marketing and ensure strong local activation. /p pIntegrate market feedback and post-launch learnings to continuously enhance category performance. /p h3Category Strategy Development /h3 pMonitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and shifts in consumer expectations. /p pCoordinate regular performance tracking and prepare strategic presentations and reports for internal stakeholders. /p pCollaborate with Global Operational Marketing local markets to ensure clear communication of priorities and collect feedback to refine plans. /p h3Product Offer Management /h3 pLead end-to-end product accessories development processes, from brief to launch, ensuring timely execution and compliance with the Maison’s excellence standards. /p pCoordinate cross-functional partners (RD, Creative Studio, Operations, Supply) to secure product readiness. /p pDraft Launch Notes, product copy, and storytelling elements aligned with brand guidelines. /p pMonitor sell-out and portfolio performance, providing operational recommendations. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul li4-6 years of experience in Brand or Product Management within premium or luxury beauty. /li liSolid experience in social media strategy and activation. /li liStrong understanding of global 360 activations and luxury communication ecosystem. /li liStrong organizational and project management skills. /li liFluent in English and French. /li liAbility to collaborate with creative minds. /li liAttention to detail, analytical rigor, and curiosity for consumer behavior. /li liTeam player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. /li liPassion for beauty, innovation, and luxury craftsmanship. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liAs a Living Wage Certified employer, we guarantee that all our compensation practices meet or exceed established living wage and fairness standards. /li liWe are committed to continuous learning and professional development to help every employee grow within our organization. /li liStaff discount to use on all your favorite L'Occitane en Proven'e products. /li liFixed-term contract for 12 months. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
