* Preparation and cooking of fresh Asian specialties and a variety of dishes
* Independent handling of daily mise en place as well as careful preparation and attractive plating of dishes in the à-la-carte service
* Active work on different kitchen stations and support of the kitchen team throughout the entire service
* Ensuring a smooth workflow in the kitchen together with the team
* Professional handling of food products and compliance with quality and hygiene standards
* Carrying out cleaning tasks and following HACCP guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment
What you bring in
* Completed training as a chef/cook (or comparable qualification in gastronomy)
* Experience in the kitchen – ideally also in preparing Asian dishes
* A resilient and flexible personality who keeps an overview even during busy service times
* Independent, reliable and structured way of working with a strong sense of responsibility
* Good knowledge of German and/or English (at least level B2) to ensure smooth communication within the team and in daily operations
