We're looking for an Infrastructure Delivery Manager to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland in a hybrid working mode.
Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of on-premises and cloud transformation programs, primarily Azure.
Manage senior-level stakeholders, scope, timeline, budget, risk and dependencies.
Manage and coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring adherence to contractual deliverables, SLAs and quality standards.
Provide technical oversight across infrastructure, networking, security and identity workstreams.
Drive workstream planning across discovery, design, build, migration and hypercare, ensuring dependencies between cloud and on-premises infrastructure are managed coherently.
Champion AI and automation across all workstreams by identifying opportunities to replace manual processes with AI-driven solutions.
Manage financials including forecasting, tracking, change requests and cost optimization.
Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements (FINMA, GDPR, banking secrecy) by coordinating with risk, compliance and security teams.
Oversee governance activities such as status reporting, RAID management, change control, milestone tracking and quality gates.
Lead the transition from delivery into operations by defining support models, knowledge transfer, runbooks and operational handover.
Requirements 8–12 years in IT with at least 4–5 years in a delivery management or program management role leading infrastructure and cloud transformation programs.
Technical background in infrastructure including networking, compute, storage, virtualization (VMware) and Active Directory.
Strong technical knowledge of Azure or other major cloud platforms.
Proven delivery experience in cloud migrations such as on-premises to Azure, VMware to AVS, Exchange to Exchange Online or endpoint modernization.
Experience and vision for applying AI to automation, intelligent monitoring and self-healing infrastructure to optimize IT operations.
Experience managing external delivery partners, system integrators and vendor relationships.
Experience in financial services, ideally private banking, with understanding of FINMA, banking secrecy, GDPR and governance and risk culture.
Strong commercial awareness including budget management, SOW negotiation and cost-benefit analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management with C-level executives, comfortable presenting in both French and English.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Nice to have certifications: Microsoft (AZ-900, AZ-305, MS-900) or equivalent foundational cloud credentials from other major cloud providers.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code delivery models and DevOps-driven infrastructure programs.
Track record of introducing AI tooling into IT operations.
Experience with Azure VMware Solution (AVS) migration programs.
Experience delivering IT transformation associated with M&A activity.
ITIL 4 and service management knowledge.
Knowledge of Citrix VDI transformation or migration to Azure Virtual Desktop/Windows 365.
PMP, PRINCE2 or SAFe certification.
