Don’t be shy, apply! /p h3Job Description /h3 pWe are looking for our future bLATAM Desk Manager /b to be a key member of the Sales team at Swissquote Switzerland. Reporting directly to the Head of Retail Sales, you will lead and develop a team of sales professionals dedicated to the Latin American market, with the objective of driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with retail clients. /p h3Operations Management /h3 ul liDefining and executing the commercial strategy for the LATAM retail segment in alignment with the bank’s overall objectives. /li liMonitoring and analyzing sales performance (KPIs, conversion rates, client activity) to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. /li liCollaborating with Marketing, Product, Trading, and Customer Care teams to ensure a seamless client journey and alignment of commercial initiatives. /li liDeveloping strong relationships with high-value retail clients and key partners across LATAM to better understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. /li liIdentifying new business opportunities and expanding the client acquisition pipeline across the region. /li liEnsuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations for the targeted markets. /li /ul h3Team Management /h3 ul libLeading and supporting your team /b ul liFostering a positive work atmosphere where employees feel motivated, valued, and connected to the team and the organization. /li liPromoting collaboration, trust, and cohesion among team members. /li liAddressing any potential conflicts among team members to your senior management and/or HR Partner. /li liSupporting employee growth through training, mentorship, coaching, and advancement opportunities. /li /ul /li libHiring /b ul liLeading the recruitment process with your Talent Acquisition Partner. /li liEnsuring new hires are properly introduced to the team, the organization, its culture, policies, and their specific roles. /li /ul /li libPerformance Management /b ul liSetting performance expectations, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing any performance issues. /li liConducting under performance process with the help of your Senior Management and HR Partner. /li /ul /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in bsales within financial services /b, ideally with exposure to bretail clients and LATAM markets /b. /li liProven leadership experience managing and developing sales teams. /li liStrong understanding of trading products (FX, CFDs, equities, crypto) and retail client dynamics. /li liGood knowledge of LATAM market specifics (client behavior, culture, regulatory awareness). /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. /li liStrong organizational and analytical skills. /li liLanguages: bSpanish and English (fluent mandatory) /b; Portuguese is a strong plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
