What you can expect
The Senior Manager Group Reporting & Consolidation plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the Group’s consolidated financial statements. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Financial Consolidation & Reporting, this position is responsible for managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation processes in accordance with IFRS and internal reporting requirements. This role acts as a critical link between the Group Consolidation Team, global finance functions, and external auditors, ensuring consistent application of accounting policies and high-quality financial reporting across all entities. The Senior Manager Group Reporting & Consolidation will also lead and contribute to global accounting projects aimed at improving consolidation systems, processes, and controls.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee consolidation process for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles in compliance with IFRS and internal policies
* Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data received from subsidiaries and business units worldwide
* Review and validate intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations and consolidation adjustments
* Prepare consolidated financial statements, related disclosures and supporting analysis for internal and external reporting
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Corporate Financial Consolidation & Reporting, group auditors and local finance teams during audit and reporting cycles
* Collaborate and support the tax team with requirements for Pillar 2 and assist in the automation on the GloBE compliance
* Provide technical accounting guidance on complex IFRS and corporate accounting topics (e.g., business combinations, financial instruments, leases, and provisions)
* Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and involvement in transversal projects such as digital transformation, ESG disclosures, ERP optimization and internal restructuring
* Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of group-wide consolidation tools, processes and internal controls
* Contribute to global finance transformation initiatives, including system enhancements and standardization of reporting processes
* Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and promote best practices across entities
What you will bring
* University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification strongly preferred
* Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, ideally within a multinational environment or audit firm (Big 4 experience advantageous)
* Proven experience in publicly listed company environment or in preparing consolidated financial statements for listed entities
* In-depth knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation principles
* Hands‑on experience with consolidation systems (e.g., IDL, Tagetik, HFM Hyperion or similar tools)
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across global teams
* Good understanding of Pillar II and ESG
* Combines a hands‑on approach with strong conceptual and strategic thinking
* Proficient in English; other languages are an asset
* Proven experience in project management
* Able to adapt quickly, prioritize and perform confidently in a dynamic, complex environment
* On‑site presence required 60 – 80 %
