Plan Strategy and Integration Manager
This is a key leadership role accountable for the overall integration of plan systems across our supply chain.
The successful candidate will shape and deploy the overarching medtech plan system vision and comprehensive strategy in alignment with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop the medtech plan system vision and strategy, and its integration into our digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
* Accountable for developing, refining, and implementing the strategy to advance the maturity of our plan systems globally.
* Define and manage a multi-year roadmap – investment strategic plan including critical end-to-end capabilities to transform our business.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging planning concepts and technology partner selection.
* Establish strong alignment and linkages to partner functions such as technology, digital, commercial, business unit supply chain and regional value chains.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Masters in engineering, supply chain, business administration, operations or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
* Minimum 8-10 years of experience working in supply chain/operations to drive business process improvement. Experience in the medtech industry is a plus.
* Project management: FPX PL or PMP certification required, FPX SME preferred.
* APICS certification preferred.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated outstanding strategic thinking and planning, communication, and influencing skills. Strong background/experience in supply chain planning processes and systems is required. Global experience and associated cultural awareness are also essential.
