Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein.
For our client we are looking for a Legal Counsel (Regulatory) for seven months starting in April.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on matters relating to KVG, KVAG, and VVG
* Prepare regulatory filings and submissions to FINMA
* Liaise with authorities, including the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG)
* Support projects in the product area, particularly supplementary insurance
* Provide legal support in the area of regulatory health insurance law
Experience & Qualifications
* Swiss Master of Law degree; bar admission is an asset but not mandatory
* 2–3 years of experience
* Solid understanding of Swiss health and insurance law
* Experience liaising with regulatory authorities
