At the heart of the La Chaux-de-Fonds Medical Centre, you will join a dynamic multidisciplinary team working alongside general practitioners and specialists. The Medical Centre offers a rich and varied working environment, far from routine, with a diverse patient base and stimulating daily tasks.
Your main duties:
- Assisting general practitioners and specialists based at the Medical Centre: preparing consultations, aiding with medical-technical procedures, managing equipment.
- Performing technical procedures within your scope of competence: injections, blood sampling, dressings, ECGs, vital signs, X-rays, etc.
- Working in the Medical Centre’s laboratory after internal training provided by our laboratory supervisor: routine biological analyses (blood glucose, full blood count, CRP, urine strips, rapid tests, etc.).
- Managing stock, equipment, and sterilisation.
- Networking with general practitioners and specialists of réso.ne: coordination, handovers, patient follow-up.
- Welcoming patients at the Medical Centre’s reception.
- Managing patients at the reception (triage levels 3 and 4): initial clinical assessment, measuring vital signs, directing and medical handovers.
- Participating in quality initiatives and institutional projects.

Training and diploma:
Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as Medical Assistant — MANDATORY.

Expected skills and qualities:
- Versatility and ease in a multi-activity environment (consultations, laboratory, emergencies).
- Ability to provide structured handovers to the medical team.

Fixed-term contract (CDD)
- Minimum 7 months

Opportunity for permanent contract (CDI):
Depending on réso.ne’s needs at the end of the fixed-term contract, a permanent contract may be offered to candidates whose profile matches the organisation’s requirements.
