Organized into two regional courts and spread over three sites, it consists of the following sections: the civil court chamber, the child and adult protection authority, the juvenile criminal court, the police court, the criminal court, and the compulsory measures court.The Regional Court of the Montagnes and Val-de-Ruz, located in La Chaux-de-Fonds, is recruiting for a position of Legal Clerk/Draftsperson at 60%.MissionsYour function consists mainly of drafting civil and criminal decisions and judgments to be rendered at the end of proceedings conducted by the judges of the Regional Court of the Montagnes and Val-de-Ruz. It also involves file analysis work and legal research, alone or in collaboration with the judges. Furthermore, you are called upon to perform various tasks related to the organization and management of the cases entrusted to you, in particular the monitoring of deadlines. More broadly, all legal assistance tasks for the work of the judges and the registry may be entrusted to you.ProfileYou hold a law degree or master's degree, supplemented by the bar exam, and ideally have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer (after obtaining the bar exam), preferably in the judicial environment, or any other experience useful for the position.
