Join Lonza as a Senior Analyst in Record to Report in Costa Rica! We're looking for a diligent finance professional to aid with the CHI Division carve-out and improve balance sheet quality across global and regional entities.
Key responsibilities :
Lead carve-out audit prep, documentation, and financial statement support
Deliver insightful analysis and presentations for audit and leadership reviews
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve balance sheet issues
Drive month-end analytics for multiple NAM entities
Champion global balance sheet quality through data-driven insights
Key requirements :
Professional qualifications in Finance or Audit (CPA, CTA, CIA) or Process (Six Sigma)
Proficient experience in financial accounting or external audit within a multi-national environment
Experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally within a Shared Service environment
Proficiency in office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Working knowledge of SAP ECC; awareness of SAP GRC is beneficial
Ability to structure written reports with clear, understandable content
High level of operational awareness across finance transactional processes
