Conduct the annual structural data survey of medical practices and outpatient centres
Lead the operational team in terms of profession and organisation
Plan and organise support, ensuring quality and associated processes
Ensure communication and documentation related to the survey process in French, German and Italian
Integrate professional, technical and organisational innovations into the survey implementation
What makes you unique
Degree from a university of applied sciences, preferably in communication, political science or social sciences, as well as several years of professional experience in a multilingual environment
Good communication, organisation and planning skills
In-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and its stakeholders, or strong motivation to acquire it
Very good active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third
Interest in leading an interdisciplinary team and establishing an open corporate culture
