We carry them out according to the highest quality requirements.Your tasks:- Implement the strategy and objectives of ISS- Be the preferred contact person for clients- Direct and coordinate all Facility Services activities on behalf of our clients- Respect and follow the standards and guidelines defined by the clients- Ensure the administrative and financial management of service contracts (updating reports, controlling and managing budgets, etc.)- Performance monitoring: KPIs related to sales, revenue, and growth objectives in the region, and adjust actions accordingly- Optimization of work procedures and processes- Responsibility for the management and supervision of personnel (schedules, interviews, recruitment, training)- Management of subcontractors- Business development for the Vallée de Joux and during local events, taking into account regional specificitiesYour profile:- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in Facility Services / Management- Solid managerial skills (leadership, adaptability, emotional intelligence)- Excellent skills in managing client soft services and a pronounced solution-oriented mindset- Ease in communication and managing several projects simultaneously- Good analytical skills- Excellent sense of organization and ability to work in a team- Available and autonomous spirit, with good resistance to stress- Proficiency in oral and written French- Proficiency in the Office suite and comfortable with digital toolsAre you ready to drive for us?
