1. A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on plastic technology or equivalent
2. 4 to 6 years of experience as a product development engineer with a focus on product development, ideally in the field of valves in the plastics processing industry
3. Experience in independently managing technical projects
4. Clear communication strength
5. Good analytical skills and the ability to summarize things and make them understandable for others
6. Good spoken and written German and English language skills
