Job Overview
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Wealth Management business in Zürich. This internship focuses on risk and client relations within the Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) organization.
Responsibilities
* Support the GFIW Business Risk Review & Risk Intelligence Team in analysing complex client groups.
* Detect needs and implement solutions to improve existing processes or drive new ones.
* Support day‑to‑day project management activities.
* Contribute to ensuring our risk framework design and operation are effective to meet 21st‑century challenges.
* Collaborate with different teams on strategic projects aimed at improving client experience and driving engagement.
* Build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning how we operate to meet client needs effectively.
* Develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts.
* Attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business.
Qualifications
* Completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor’s degree, graduate no longer than six months ago (bachelor’s or master’s), preferably in business, finance, economics, STEM or similar.
* Excellent English (written and oral); another major language is a plus.
* Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels.
* Autonomous, diligent and detail‑oriented work style.
* Strong analytical skills with a fast understanding of complex processes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and quick to learn other IT software.
* Preferably know how to use programming languages such as VBA, R, or Python.
* Preferably have experience (or internship) in Compliance, Risk Management or Legal roles.
* Values align with hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative principles.
* Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
* Motivated to work in a high‑demand, time‑critical business.
