If you are a passionate and visionary marketer with a proven record in social media management, apply now! /p h3What you can expect /h3 ul liOwn the social media strategy and manage the content calendar to drive organic follower growth, higher engagement, and a consistent brand narrative that delivers an authentic, welcoming holiday feeling across social media platforms. /li liDrive organic growth by expanding the follower base through creative storytelling and proactive campaign ideation, including competitions, interactive elements and collaborations with influencers and content creators. /li liManage influencer and content creator marketing campaigns end-to-end across multiple markets, from initial selection and briefing to execution and reporting. /li liSupport production of high‑quality resort and lifestyle photography by collaborating closely with external freelancers, photographers, and other creative partners. /li liLead the ambition to scale user‑generated content (UGC) to integrate authentic guest stories across digital touchpoints, ensuring a steady stream of authentic, real‑time moments from various destinations. /li liCollaborate closely with Sales, Communications, Graphics, Product UX, Operations and Resort teams. /li liMaintain a consistent brand presence and tone of voice across all social channels (and suggest expansion into new ones if/when applicable) while adapting content to resonate with a diverse international community. /li liConduct market, competitor, and consumer insights research to inform content decisions while respecting market‑specific cultural nuances. /li liSet clear KPIs, monitor brand health metrics and customer perception to develop a future‑proof social media strategy, report on performance and key learnings to the Growth Marketing Lead. /li /ul h3What you bring along /h3 ul liCompleted education/degree in marketing, communications or related field, and 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Content or Brand Management. /li liProven ability to build, evolve, and scale a social media profile across multiple channels and markets, including experience leading influencer marketing campaigns, social media narratives, and storytelling initiatives end‑to‑end. /li liStrong technical understanding of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and others), as well as creative platforms, scheduling, research, asset management analytics tools (Canva, Bynder, Brandwatch, Storyclash and others). /li liConfidence in briefing, steering, and challenging creators, influencers and other external partners to deliver best‑in‑class work. /li liStrategic thinking paired with excellent creative judgment, with a track record of developing ideas and execution that drive both emotional impact and commercial results; experience in the travel industry is a huge plus. /li liData‑informed mindset with the ability and curiosity to use insights, performance metrics, and research to continuously optimise brand output. /li liStrong stakeholder management skills, combined with a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset and appetite to take responsibility for Hapimag’s social media presence. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German; French, Italian, Dutch and/or Turkish is a plus. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 h3Local benefits /h3 ul liA unique opportunity to shape and scale a strong, distinctive brand and establish yourself as a key driver behind a world‑class marketing success story — with visible impact and a true career‑defining chapter. /li liA highly empowering, outcome‑driven environment with real ownership, trust, and freedom to turn bold ideas into reality and see your work make a tangible difference. /li liA modern open‑office workplace at the Hapimag headquarter in Steinhausen, Zug. /li liSupportive and open minded team colleagues that share a common spirit for what we do /li liHybrid working model (possibility to work up to 40% remotely, including up to 8 weeks within EU/EFTA region, or occasionally from our resorts). /li liAttractive employee benefits, including reduced costs for holiday stays across Hapimag’s resort portfolio — because experiencing the product is part of the job /li /ul h3Questions? /h3 pIf anything is unclear or if you would like to learn more about the role, feel free to get in touch with us at any time: /p h3Apply now /h3 pHave we convinced you to become part of our Hapimag family and success story?
