Role Overview:
Digitalization is transforming our success and collaboration at HOLY FASHION GROUP. SAP S/4 HANA serves as the foundation for intelligent processes and innovation as we evolve into a data-driven, platform-based fashion company. We want to shape this transformation with your help.
As part of our SAP Competence Center, you will support our SAP S/4 HANA transformation project as a Business Partner for Sales and Logistics Executions.
Your Tasks:
1. Manage the SAP SD/LE team with 4 employees.
2. Analyze, digitalize, and restructure existing SAP processes as needed.
3. Adapt existing processes to the future SAP S/4 HANA environment.
4. Coordinate, design, and implement functional requirements.
5. Plan and conduct key user trainings, support, and prepare user training sessions.
6. Set up and execute IT-related software tests, documenting the results.
Until the final replacement of our productive SAP AFS system, ensure software functionality in daily operations and troubleshoot operational issues.
Required Experience and Skills:
* A successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or business administration.
* At least 5 years of professional experience as an in-house SAP SD/LE consultant or similar experience as a business partner in Sales and/or Logistics.
* Profound SAP SD/LE knowledge, ideally in the S/4 HANA environment.
* Good command of English.
* Structured, goal-oriented work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and own initiative.
* Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team spirit.
* Ability to present complex issues clearly and simply.
