Your role and responsibilities
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory): As an EL Product Marketing Specialist for Enclosures, you will play a key role in implementing product marketing strategies in the low voltage enclosure business. You will work to meet business objectives while aligning with the global product strategy. Your responsibilities will include managing all marketing activities and supporting the Sales team in driving sales and services for the relevant products. This portfolio spans solutions for the consumer market through to the low voltage high power main distribution market.

You will be mainly accountable for:
1. Implementing the assigned product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the global product marketing strategy.
2. Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by providing continuous oversight and developing improvement plans as necessary.
3. Executing annual marketing plans in collaboration with relevant Divisions/Product Groups.
4. Overseeing sales execution for assigned products, providing relevant materials and guidance to the Sales teams.
Qualifications for the role
* University degree in electrical engineering or a related field, or a University of Applied Science degree.
* Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the LV switchgear domain.
* High affinity for using software tools in the marketing and product management context.
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to track tasks and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
* Self-driven with a superior focus on results and high attention to detail.
* Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken; French or Italian is a plus.
* Participation in Electrosuisse technical committee 121 is highly beneficial.
