Production Supervisor (m/f/d) - 100%

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by the supervisor.
2. Comply with all procedures within the company security policy.
3. Direct the activities of several Production cells of medical TRAUMA/SPINE Products. Responsible for maintaining production schedules and ensuring quality standards are adhered to by the team.
4. Management of efficiency, quality, and OLE KPIs.
5. Monitor team member turnover; identify key factors for improvement; implement necessary changes.
6. Establish clear, measurable goals and objectives to evaluate individual and team performance (e.g., operational metrics, project timelines, training documentation, attendance, role knowledge, personal development).
7. Gather ongoing feedback from Work Cell Manager, peers, and team members; provide coaching and counseling based on feedback.
8. Conduct team member evaluations professionally and timely; develop and implement personnel development plans.
9. Apply problem-solving, continuous improvement (Kaizen or Six Sigma), and lean manufacturing principles to achieve organizational goals.
10. Oversee planning and execution of projects impacting production area.
11. Lead by example, embodying servant leadership for direct reports.
12. Manage production cost budgets and supervise them continuously.
YOUR BACKGROUND
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 4 years in a similar role within a highly regulated industry.
3. Hands-on experience with mechanical production processes, process optimization, and Statistical Process Control.
4. Proactive, result-oriented team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
* Fluent in Italian.
* Fluent in English.
* German is an advantage.
