Responsibilities Bring Schweizer Industriekunden through professional consulting on their digitalisation journey – from the needs analysis through the solution concept to the commissioning.
Acquire new customers and develop existing accounts strategically.
Present solutions technically and commercially – at all levels.
Own projects end-to-end: software and hardware, from the first contact to installation and customer support.
Qualifications Experience in sales, business development in an industrial environment.
Understanding of production or assembly processes and a genuine interest in digital technologies and Industry 4.0.
Self‑directed and entrepreneurial work style – you do not wait for the next lead or project idea, you take action.
Teamwork and flexibility (travel within Switzerland 40‑60%).
Technical secondary education (with subsequent training to higher vocational school or bachelor level) completes your profile.
Fluent in German and English.
