As part of the expansion of its HR team, we have been mandated to assist Pro Infirmis in the search for its next HR Business Partner – West Region (100%).At the heart of human resources development in French-speaking Switzerland.Your responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of the HR and IT department, you will take charge of all HR activities in the West region, which includes around 400 employees in the cantons of Fribourg, Jura, Neuchâtel, Vaud, and Geneva. You will ensure the consistent implementation of HR processes, regulations, and policies. You will support managers in their missions, personally intervening on sensitive or complex cases in the context of a new structure. You will supervise and coordinate a small team of HR generalists and play a central role in the development of skills, commitment, and employee engagement. Being proactive, you will participate in structuring projects such as HR reorganization, process development, or salary revision, contributing to making Pro Infirmis a modern and attractive employer. Your transversal role will bring you to collaborate closely with the headquarters teams and ensure coherence between the regional and national levels.Profile: Open-minded, agile, and possessing strong emotional intelligence, you know how to navigate easily in a dynamic environment and adapt to the diversity of roles and stakeholders. You hold a higher education degree in HR or equivalent and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with some managerial experience. You have a perfect command of French and good knowledge of German; Italian and English are an asset.
