Job description
* Provide first and second level IT support to employees at headquarters
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues
* Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate support level
* Troubleshooting owned incidents and applying corrective actions
* Manage tickets and service requests using the incident management system
* Install, maintain, and decommission hardware and software
* Ensure availability and maintenance of the local IT infrastructure
* Create and maintain user documentation, manuals, and training materials
* Restore service quality in a timely and efficient manner
Your profile
* Federal diploma in IT or equivalent qualification
* Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in an equivalent function
* Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and network technologies
* Familiar with ITIL principles
* Service-minded IT generalist with a structured and proactive working style
* Native French or German speaker with very good command of the other language; strong English skills (spoken and written)
* Team-oriented, resilient, and able to work independently
* Strong priority and time management skills and committed to continuous learning
