You will articulate and implement the OE Vision (Where we are going), Purpose (Why we are doing it), Mission (How we will achieve it), and Goals (What we aim to accomplish) for the site, ensuring alignment across all organizational levels. Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation of COS at the CSL Vifor site in St. Gallen, Switzerland. (travel activities 10-15%).As the **Operational Excellence (OE) Manager**, you will play a key role in driving performance improvement, implementing and further developing the **new CSL Operating System (COS)** at CSL Behring's manufacturing site **in Bern**. COS, grounded in Lean principles, aims to standardize processes across the site(s), foster a performance-driven culture, and accelerate business performance. You will serve as a subject matter expert in Lean shop floor management · Act as an OE Change Manager, Role Model, Coach, and Mentor to inspire and sustain the COS at all organizational levels.· Minimum of 6 years of relevant Operational Excellence experience, with a proven track record in:* Leading OE transformational change programs (experience with production systems implementation preferred).* LEAN shop floor management and CI methodologies.* Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certification preferred) with hands-on project experience.* Managing and reporting in a matrixed, highly regulated environment (Pharmaceutical industry and GxP experience preferred).· Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to coach and mentor cross-functional teams and leaders.· Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.· Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Minitab), MS PowerBI, MS Power Apps, and digital transformation initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
