If you have solid experience in managing and monitoring construction sites in Switzerland and wish to develop in a dynamic environment, this position is for you!
Responsibilities
- Supervise several major projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality are respected until project completion
- Planning, financial monitoring and execution control
- Work closely with Clients, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with construction standards and local regulations
- Manage unforeseen events and propose appropriate solutions
Qualifications
- HES/EPF diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in managing and monitoring construction sites in Switzerland
- Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office), AutoCAD, MSProject and Messerli (an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss construction standards and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigour and organisation
- Organisational skills, autonomy, rigour and priority management
- Team spirit, stress resistance and adaptability
- Fluency in French (spoken and written)
