Payroll Specialist
This role involves executing monthly payroll runs and handling pre- and post-payroll activities for flying personnel. The successful candidate will also be responsible for entering and maintaining employee and payroll data in SAP HCM, performing account reconciliations, preparing employment contracts, and creating reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Completed commercial training and further education in HR
* 2 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration
* Very good knowledge of SAP HCM, experience with SuccessFactors EC and/or UKG People Doc is an advantage
* Knowledge of Swiss labor- and social security law
The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers and analytical-conceptual strength, as well as excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
