One of the strongest and most recognizable brands in Scandinavia, selling more than different products to our consumers on different Car & Motorcycle, Construction & Tools, Leisure, Home & Garden, supply chain is undergoing a journey, focusing on and Planning tools development.Your MissionAs a Supply Planner, reporting to the Demand & Supply Planning manager, you will play a key role in ensuring product availability in our central warehouse and in our stores by maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing agility, judgment, and ownership will help you to directly impact the availability of products for millions of consumers. You will also contribute to our ongoing projects and help shape the future of our supply chain. Performance main KPIs for the Supply Planner are Stock Availability, Truck / Container fill & Stock Cover.Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase Order Management- Review and Planned Purchase Order proposals from ERP- Build optimized load plans (truck or container) while respecting all constraints: stock policy, MOQ, lead times, and supplier capacity- Ensure timely PO placement to guarantee stock availability while controlling inventory levels- Support fast of new and replacement items, across functionsRisk Management & Stakeholder- Identify risk & opportunities and with stakeholders with clarity and solutions-oriented framing- Partner closely with Demand Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Product Management to define and execute actions — both corrective (solve current issues) and preventive future risks)Continuous Improvement- Contribute to our Supply Chain projects- Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement across our Tools & Processes- Maintain and improve planning master accuracy (Lead Times, MOQ, Safety Stock, Packaging…)Requirements- University degree (Bachelor s/Master s) in Supply Chain, Logistics or field OR 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector- Good knowledge of Demand & Supply Planning, Purchasing, Transport functions & Retail business- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and solution oriented- Good practice of Excel (Power BI is a plus), Familiarity with ERP & Supply Planning tools (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)- Experience with activities, with strong priority management skills- Fluent in English French is a we excellence, rigorous, well organized and with to details- Ownership & Leadership, taking full responsibility and engaging into actions- Continuous improvement mindset, curiosity & to & engaging with stakeholders to deliver results as a team- Business & Products understanding, keeping always consumers inWe offer- A key role in a digitally driven supply chain- A supportive and dynamic work environment- Opportunities to work on 2nd pillar pension benefits package jide057e8aaen jit0519aen jpiy26aen
