Role Overview
The Small & Medium Business (SMB) Territory Manager focuses on Partner Sales Enablement and Route to Market Development, driving revenue growth within the SMB segment by leveraging scalable sales strategies. The role involves expanding the partner/distribution network in Switzerland.
Your Impact
* Accountability for SMB sales targets in your territory, including full portfolio sales, forecasts, and large opportunities.
* Implement activities to acquire new customers, develop no-touch/low-touch sales approaches, and enhance digital omnichannel journeys.
* Build and maintain high-level relationships within partner organizations for long-term collaboration.
* Work with partners to generate sales funnel, maximize revenue, and ensure effective territory coverage.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Cisco to develop scalable strategies for revenue achievement and act as a bridge among SMB, specialists, distribution, and marketing.
* Manage customer opportunities, articulating Cisco’s value proposition effectively.
* Demonstrate attributes such as teamwork, problem-solving, empathy, and creativity.
* Promote certification adoption and growth of SMB specializations among partners.
Minimum Qualifications
* Experience in indirect sales, preferably in the tech sector.
* Proven ability to develop and execute territory plans, identifying key opportunities and managing resources efficiently.
* Experience working with extended teams, including virtual sales, DAMs, PAMs, and specialists, with strong communication skills.
* Analytical skills to interpret revenue trends and develop data-driven demand strategies.
* Fluency in English, French, and German.

* Ability to handle both small and large sales deals, engaging with C-level stakeholders.
