To complete our staff, we are looking for an Electroplating Manager.Job DescriptionAs part of your role, you will be in charge of:Team Management:- Ensure the effective transmission of relevant information, both to management and to the teams.- Organize and plan work, while motivating teams to achieve set objectives.- Manage, lead, and support the development and versatility of employees.- Create a positive and stimulating work environment, while proactively managing potential conflicts.- Supervise and train personnel in good practices to ensure the quality of work and techniques.- Actively participate in recruitment as well as the integration of new employees in collaboration with the Human Resources department.- Conduct annual reviews and support employees in their professional progression.Process and Maintenance Management:- Supervise electroplating, anodizing, and PVD processes, ensuring the smooth running of operations.- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment to guarantee their proper functioning.- Regularly check production equipment and electroplating baths to ensure their compliance with standards in force.- Verify the quality of the coatings obtained (thickness, adhesion, visual appearance) to guarantee compliance with quality requirements.Quality Management:- Ensure strict compliance with processes and quality standards.- Analyze rejects and reworks, and identify potential causes.- Propose and implement corrective actions to improve processes.- Set up and supervise self-control procedures within the teams.Profile- A degree in metallurgy, or a specialization in surface treatment.- Experience as an electroplating manager or technician in the field of surface treatments.- Mastery of electroplating processes and surface treatments.- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.- Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations related to chemical products.Required Skills- Skills in team management and communication.- Rigor and attention to detail, particularly for quality control.- Person with team spirit, ease in management, and ability to propose solutions.- Rigorous person with good communication skills.- Languages: FrenchWorkplaceLa Chaux-de-Fonds jidd7a44e2aen jit0519aen jpiy26aen
