Responsibilities
* Lead, plan and develop the department, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and objectives.
* Manage department activities and oversee the financial monitoring of projects.
* Ensure quality and consistency of offers within the department’s area of expertise.
* Identify opportunities for development, innovation and improvement of department activities.
* Consolidate and strengthen the technical competencies of the department, particularly in the areas of underground works and geotechnics.
Requirements
* Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering. PhD degree is highly appreciated.
* 15 years of proven experience in Geotechnics/Rock Mechanics/Embankment design and construction.
* Excellent communication skills and natural leadership, with prior experience in design coordination and project management roles.
* Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility.
* Fluency in both English and French is mandatory. Italian and/or German are considered a plus.
