We are looking for a dedicated Takeout, Delivery & Dispatch Operator to provide excellent customer service three evenings a week, from 5:15 PM to 9 PM.

Your Tasks
* Embodies ALBA's values with warmth, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
* Acts as the link between the pizzeria and guests, managing order preparation and packaging with care and efficiency.
* Handles takeout orders via phone, in-person, UberEats, and direct deliveries accurately and promptly.
* Ensures quality service on-site, maintaining ALBA's standards and guest satisfaction.
* Welcomes dine-in guests warmly, making them feel valued.
* Coordinates deliveries, assigning drivers and monitoring times to ensure timely arrivals.
* Prepares mise en place for starters and desserts, keeping stations ready.
* Maintains cleanliness and organization in service areas throughout shifts.
* Supports team during busy periods while maintaining a calm, positive demeanor.
* Contributes to cost control through waste reduction and proper portioning.
* Communicates effectively with team members, management, guests, and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
* A friendly, welcoming attitude with a radiant smile.
* Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
* Passion for hospitality, pizza, and Italian cuisine.
* Experience in fast-paced, takeout/delivery-focused environments preferred.
* Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and lead during busy times.
* Fluent in English and German; Italian is a plus.
* Willingness to learn, take on responsibilities, and grow with Mimo-Hospitality.
