Electra is a European electric mobility startup founded in 2021, focused on simplifying EV charging.
Your Missions
In 2023 we opened Electra's Switzerland office. We are now looking to expand our teams and recruit motivated and driven individuals to set up 150 fast charging stations by the end of 2030.
Your Responsibilities
* Contact potential partners, qualify them and schedule meetings that you will attend with business developers.
* Convince prospects to trust Electra to install an ultra‑fast charging station on their land.
* Qualify locations using proprietary tools and data sets: road traffic data, population density mapping, landowner databases, etc.
* Use the CRM to industrialise your approach (gain speed and efficiency).
* Assist with any other relevant task to Electra's development, including communication, station openings, utilisation analysis, competition research and more.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business or Economics.
* First experience in business development or a similarly challenging role.
* Analytical skills and ability to rationalise good vs bad locations.
* Autonomous, organized, and with a strong team spirit.
* Comfortable making contact with new people quickly.
* Determined, result‑driven, and able to bounce back from objections.
* Desire to develop and learn in a fast‑growing start‑up.
* Fluency in French and English; German or Italian is a bonus.
* Interest in current energy and environmental topics.
