Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to develop and execute best-in-class onboarding and enablement strategies for a remote sales organization.
This role reports directly to the VP of Revenue Operations and is responsible for creating and delivering sales content to ensure our teams possess the skills, knowledge, and process to shorten ramp time and increase productivity across all client support roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create comprehensive onboarding programs that effectively onboard quota-carrying sales members, enabling them to hit their targets.
* Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design ongoing enablement and learning programs for products, sales processes, toolkits, industry overviews, sales pitches, product knowledge certification, and buyer personas.
* IDentify content gaps and develop a content map to organize company materials.
* Tie ramp performance to hiring profiles to ensure we're hiring the right sales talent.
* Support all revenue roles, including BDRs, ISRs, AEs, Ams, Channel & Sales Leadership.
* Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Human Resources to deliver ongoing sales development workshops.
* Analyze and recommend enablement solutions that align with organizational initiatives, business needs, and outcomes focused on learner progress.
