This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, with specialized training in quality assurance and control. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality systems and processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures. Conduct thorough inspections and testing of products to identify and resolve quality issues. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product development and production processes. Analyze quality data and perform root cause analysis to address non-conformances and implement corrective actions. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to management. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Participate in internal and external quality audits. Provide training and support to staff on quality-related topics and best practices. Profile Mechanical engineering diploma or training deemed equivalent, supplemented with a specialization in Quality Specialization in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related field. Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001. Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
