Your tasks:
* Record, qualify, and triage incoming tickets quickly and accurately to ensure efficient processing.
* Independently and solution-oriented handle incidents within the 1st Level Incident Management framework.
* Transfer complex issues to Systems Engineers while remaining a reliable point of contact.
* Perform standard changes within the Service Desk & Onsite Support Team's responsibility.
* Maintain user and computer accounts, access rights, and applications to ensure IT functionality.
* Provide transparent updates to users regarding the status of their requests.
Your experience/knowledge:
* Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist or equivalent relevant experience.
* Experience as a Supporter, Support Engineer, or Operations Engineer in 1st and 2nd Level support.
* Broad IT knowledge, especially in the Microsoft environment.
* Language skills: German (native), good English skills.

* Excellent self-organisation skills.
