Our roughly 150 employees work in a demanding environment that offers many individual development opportunities and is characterized by a collegial atmosphere. We are looking for a wellness reception staff member immediately or by agreement. The workload corresponds to approximately 40‑60%. We also consider a wage‑by‑the‑hour arrangement and would appreciate your desired remuneration.

Processing personal, telephone and written reservation requests for wellness services such as massages, cosmetics treatments, etc.
Scheduling services in the booking system “TAC”
Final posting and billing of rendered services
Dein Profil
Completed commercial training and at least one year of experience in a similar position
Organizational skills to plan treatments and assignments of wellness staff sensibly
Open personality that brings joy in dealing with guests and recognizes customer wishes
Flexibility (weekend duties) and very good German and English language skills
