* Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Business, Engineering, or related field)
* Motivation to work in a multidisciplinary and international environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
* Interest in technology, innovation, and product development
* Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn data analysis tools
