We are looking for our Treasury Team in Geneva a Treasury Analyst Back-Office & Solutions

Type of contract : 6 month short term contract
Role Overview & Purpose
Resolutely driven by business achievements and a customer centric approach, the Senior Treasury Analyst Back-Office & Solutions willbe reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager Solutions & IT Security with a dotted line with the Senior Treasury Manager Back-Office. The primary function of the role will be to support and enable treasury operations focusing on the maintenance, administration and development of the Treasury Management Systems and Solutions, and treasury back-office activities. The overarching objective is to enable treasury to deliver operational excellence while maintaining appropriate business controls and foster consistent process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Authority & Policies Administration:
* Assist to maintain authority updates;
* Assist to maintain the policy documents.
Banking Communication:
* Monitor and control bank account statement integration;
* Maintain bank connectivity and interfaces with various systems within the group;
* Championing the identification of payment issues and resolving them.
* Execute treasury deal confirmations;
* Execute daily settlement routines and enforcement of business controls;
* Execute the Bank’s SSI’s details in the TMS and perform call back confirmations.
User Access Management:
* Perform administration, documentations, training and user access support;
* Investigate and troubleshoot user access issues and incidents for a prompt resolving;
* Create, change, and delete user access profiles in line with submitted and duly validated request;
* Ensure maintenance of system standards and compliance of authorities in line with the group’s signatory matrix;
* Coordinate user access ticket resolving with the regional helpdesk functions is in line with the SLA;
* Maintain the group’s user access referential and ensure accuracy of data.
Back-Office & Data Management:
* Act as back-up to assess, dispatch and quick-resolve messages received through treasury support inbox;
* Act as back-up to maintain and monitor of the treasury system processes and user guides within the group’s intranet;
* Act as back-up to maintain the group’s TMS referential data (global master reference);
* Support the trainee function.
Analysis & Reporting:
* Assist to perform the month-end reporting activities Treasury Back-Office & Treasury Accounting;
* Assist to control the policy and processes for the user access management;
* Assist to reconcile bank charges for core banks between treasury and accounting;
* Assist in the coordination for treasury accounting activities;
* Assist in analyzing and reporting for IT Security;
* Act as back-up to prepare and submit a weekly Trading Report Summary;
* Act as back-up to prepare and dispatch BO Monthly Accounting FX Rate;
* Act as back-up to prepare Investment Portfolio.
Project Management:
* Act as a coordinator and center of excellence for the roll-out of RPA Robotic Process Automation;
* Assist in managing back-office and user access management projects;
* Assist in project management for IT Security.
Skills and Requirements:
Technical skills:
* Qualified professional with master’s degree in engineering, finance, business administration or MBA/Post graduate qualifications
* At least 3 of experience in Treasury or a combination of Finance, Treasury, Financial Services Industry and Banking experience in an international environment.
* Strong IT aptitude is required
* Excellence academics and technical financial excellence
* A first proven experience in banking or corporate treasury functions and system administration is preferred.
* Knowledge and experience in treasury and back-office would be an advantage.
* Knowledge of MS Office (Excel), SharePoint, Power BI and TMS Integrity would be an advantage
* Project management experience is preferred
* Flexibility and strong team’s skill
* Strong analytical thinking
* Decision making and problem solving
* Self-starter with can-do attitude and comfortable with autonomous work conditions
* Ideally someone who has gained diverse experience in as many of the following environments: large corporate, regional, local, functional diversity, geographical diversity
* Ability to work and succeed in a multi-cultural environment
* Demonstrated ability to excite plans and achieve positive results on time in a fast-paced global virtual organization
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadline
* Ability to work in a complex matrixed environment
Languages:
* Perfect command in English and French required, another language would be an advantage.
