Talent Acquisition Specialist @ HCLTech | HR Recruitment | HR Generalist Hardware/Software Test Engineer on a 1-year contract with HCLTech, supporting the verification & validation (V&V) of diagnostic instruments in a highly regulated MedTech environment.
Definition of test cases based on requirements, risk ratings, and context; selection of appropriate testing methods.
Execution of tests and coordination of external partners for test execution.
Contribution to the development of testing concepts and strategies for hardware and software across multiple testing levels.
Review of requirements and specifications to ensure clarity and testability.
Planning, execution, and documentation of all V&V activities in compliance with Roche internal guidelines, FDA, and IVDR standards.
Accountability for standardized documentation aligned with project- and system-specific frameworks.
Collaboration within an interdisciplinary development team (R&D, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Project Management).
Status reporting to project and product leaders.
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Medical Engineering, Electronics, or Informatics .
5+ years’ experience in HW/SW testing within regulated environments (MedTech preferred).
Proficiency in test automation (Python & scripting).
Strong knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools for test management and execution.
Familiarity with test planning, project management basics, and cross-functional product development .
ISTQB certification (advantage).
Languages: Fluent in English, basic German .
