Overview 6-month high-impact consulting mission at site leadership level. Strategic role combining engineering expertise and project delivery.
Responsibilities Act as interim lead for facilities and utilities engineering programs.
Take ownership of ongoing and critical projects to ensure continuity and delivery.
Stabilize, structure, and prioritize facilities and utilities engineering activities.
Lead project execution in line with timelines, budgets, safety, and compliance standards.
Manage capital expenditure, project KPIs, and reporting to site leadership.
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, environmental, and safety requirements.
Oversee technical documentation, URS, risk analyses, and change controls.
Coordinate validation activities and support regulatory inspections as needed.
Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and R&D teams.
Provide leadership, guidance, and temporary line management to engineering resources.
Act as escalation point and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
The Successful Applicant Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
Proven experience in consulting or transformational role is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years\' experience in project or program management.
Solid experience in facilities, utilities, or industrial engineering in GMP environment.
Strong exposure to regulated industries (pharma, biotech).
Solid understanding of ISO standards.
Hands-on experience with validation and regulatory inspections.
Ability to quickly assess situations and deliver pragmatic solutions.
Strong leadership, autonomy, and decision-making capabilities.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
